Backstory: Chi was born in the city of Atlass and abandoned shortly afterward. He learned to fend for himself in the streets, and barely got enough food to survive until the day he actually attacked a man for the food he was holding. The man simply smirked to him, and commented on how Chi had a lot of spirit. He took the then young boy by the arm and began to raise him as his own son. But then the man's mother became ill, and died. Giovanni, the man, had to take over the orginization she had run, and at the age of 13 that was when Chi was inducted into both the world of Pokemon training and Pokemon stealing, both a part of his work for Team Rocket. He was given a simple Diglett by Giovanni that he has raised rather formidably into a powerful Dugtrio. He also uses a few other Pokemon these days. The Pokemon he uses are his Dugtrio, a Sandslash, a Raichu, a Ditto, a Jolteon, and a Graveler.
